As a landlord with a number of flats in Richmond/Kew I have really struggled to find a good reliable cleaning company to clean our flats either for end of tenancy cleans or after we have had builders in to a standard I am happy with. Thankfully I have now found Efficient Cleaning, I have used them a couple of times now and have been very pleased with the cleaning they have done. They are easy to deal with, good communication, turn up on time and do an excellent job. I will definitely be using them again.

Efficient Cleaning London are a lovely company to work with. They are very professional and they really care about people’s individual preferences and respect their houses.
Our cleaner is Teddy, she is so reliable, hardworking and trustworthy. She pays a lot of attention to detail, taking the time to get to know us and how we organise our home.
We’ve had a lot of cleaners (both privately and via agencies) in the past, but were most happy with Teddy and Efficient Cleaning.

We have used Efficient Cleaning for two years whilst living in Kingston. The cleaners have always been punctual, reliable and thorough, and the organisers responsive. We've been very happy with the service and the only reason we left is because we moved to another area. Highly recommend!

While we didn't end up going through with the clean in the end for personal reasons, Tsveti at efficient cleaning was amazing and able to book us in last minute. If we ever do need a clean we will definitely return here.

Really impressed by the professional service from all of the office, the cleaner and the steam cleaner. They did a short notice moving clean including steam cleaning mattress and upholstery on a flat which had been empty for a long time. The difference before & after was incredible and the staff were really friendly - special thanks to the excellent Stella. Strong recommendation for the company.

For context I am a retired american who lives part time in the US and part time In East Molesey, Elmbridge Surrey. Administratively this organization goes out of there way to assist me in getting my flat cleaned on an irregular basis before and after my visits and those of my many relatives and friends who use the flat. Each of the cleaning professionals does a cost-effective outstanding job of cleaning and respond to special cleaning requests. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very efficient, as their name suggests! I have no hesitation in recommending them very highly. Totally reliable, it has been a real pleasure to come home to a spotless and tidy home. As well as everything requested, they also regularly clean out cupboards and drawers, the oven etc.

Extremely helpful and trustworthy team - we have been using them for 6 months and have always felt in very safe hands. Paulina is the sweetest and kindest cleaner we have ever had - she is a pleasure to have around the house. She does the little things that don't go un-noticed, like taking my washing out of the machine and hanging it out if I have forgotten to do so before work.
