Regular Domestic Cleaning Task List

Bathroom

We will wash and disinfect both the inside and outside of all toilets, and wash or polish the toilet seats, wash and clean the bath/ shower units, and wash down tiled walls. Wash and clean all sink units, polishing all chrome tap fixtures. Wash and clean all surfaces and any vanity units. Wipe down doors and handles, wipe clean light switches and any picture frames. Wash and clean floors if tiled, or hoover carpets. Empty all bins.

Kitchen

We will wipe down / polish and clean all appliances, microwaves and ovens both inside and out. Wipe down and clean hobs, work surfaces, table tops, window sills, door handles, picture frames, light switches and electrical sockets. Hoover / wash flooring as appropriate.

Bedrooms

We will clean and polish all furniture, dust and polish all surfaces and vanity units, clean and dust picture frames lamp shades and skirting boards, light switches. Hoover / wipe down flooring as appropriate. We will additionally make the bed and change the bed linen if required.

Reception and entrance areas

Dusting the tops, remove the finger marks from tables and tops, dust window sills and ledges, wipe doors and dust mini blinds, lamps, furniture, vacuum carpets and wash the floors, vacuum furniture including under seats cushions, empty and clean ashtrays and bins.

Floors

Sweep and mop the floor, removing any stains if possible. Scrub the floor if required. Hoover carpets and rugs.

Living Rooms

We will clean polish and dust all furniture, vacuum clean all sofas and armchairs and hoover all carpets. Wipe down all window sills, light switches and door handles.
